Frequently asked questions

What do I get when I buy?

Instant download links by email and on your order page. Spreadsheets come as .xlsx files and documents as .docx files. You can download each product up to 5 times.

Does it work with Google Sheets and Google Docs?

Yes. Upload the files to Google Drive and open them with Google Sheets or Google Docs. Every formula and dropdown carries over. They also work in Microsoft Excel and Word.

I'm brand new to co-hosting. Is this for me?

Yes. The kit is built for co-hosts managing their first 1–20 properties. Everything is plain English, every blank is highlighted in yellow, and the spreadsheets ship with example data so you can see how they work.

Are the contracts legally binding?

They are professionally structured templates, not legal advice. Short-term rental and property-management rules vary by state and city, and some states require a license to manage property for others. Have a local attorney review your final agreements.

Is this affiliated with Airbnb or VRBO?

No. Cohost Desk is an independent business. Our templates work with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct bookings.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file doesn't open or something isn't working, email us and we'll fix it or make it right.
