Digital products

All Cohost Desk products are instant digital downloads (spreadsheets and document templates). Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

When we will refund or replace

• A file won't open or is damaged: email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll send a working file. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.
• Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally bought the same product twice, or bought an individual template and then the complete kit within 14 days, email us and we'll refund the difference.
• Download limit reached: each product can be downloaded up to 5 times. If you need another download, just ask.

How to request help

Email support@cohostdesk.com, use our contact page, or reply to your order confirmation email. Please include your order number. We aim to reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
